　　中小學教師資格考試筆試每個科目滿分均為150分。教育部根據考試標準和當次考試情況，確定各科目全國統一的合格分數線。由于各個科目難度存在差異，其合格分數線不盡相同。為統一各科目的合格分數線，采用線性轉換的方法，將考生0~150分量表上的原始成績換算為0~120分量表上的轉換分，并使各科目的合格分數線統一轉換為70分。

　　分數轉換方法如下：設某科目原始成績合格分數線為 A(0

　　舉例來說，設兩個科目的合格分數線分別為 A1和 A2，則轉換分 y(x) 關于原始成績x的函數圖像如圖所示：

　　通過上述線性轉換，各科目的合格分數線均轉換為70分，且轉換不改變考生成績的高低順序。原始成績低于合格分數線的考生，換算后的轉換分在70分以下;原始成績高于合格分數線的考生，換算后的轉換分在70分以上。

　　如果你感覺到緊張、焦慮已稍稍令你難以承受，可采取運用“系統脫敏法”，消除過度焦慮

　　所謂的系統脫敏法，即通過一系列的步驟，逐步訓練心理平衡能力，增強適應能力，從而消除敏感反應，保持身心的平衡狀態。

　　面試焦慮的系統脫敏可以這樣進行：第一步，認真反思自己的情況，依程度輕重將引起面試焦慮的情景排序。

　　比如：面試準備期間、面試前一天、面試等待時間、進入面試地點、和面試官打招呼、面試中的尷尬局面等。

　　第二步，運用想象進行“脫敏”訓練。首先從能引起你最輕度焦慮的情景開始想象，盡量逼真地想象當時的各種情景、面試官的表情和自己的內心體驗，一旦有身體的緊張反應或內心的焦慮狀態出現，便用語言暗示“沉著”“冷靜”“停止緊張”，同時進行有規律的深呼吸，盡量放松肌肉，以減弱身體的緊張狀態，直至鎮定自若;然后按安排好的順序想象第二個情景，

　　依次進行訓練;最后則想象最緊張的面試情景。需要指出，系統脫敏的最后完成需要一定的時間，只要堅持下去，就一定能取得良好的效果。
